Who is Generations Fitness?

Sheryl Dluginski, owner of Generations Fitness, has over 25 years experience helping people of all ages improve their fitness and health. She is a nationally certified Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist, yoga instructor and Pilates instructor. Sheryl was a physical education teacher and coach for 16 years and has completed over 380 hours of health and fitness related continuing education since 2001. (See list below.) She competes in masters swimming, practices yoga, Pilates and strength training and enjoys hiking, biking and frisbee. Sheryl continually seeks to deepen her understanding of physical, emotional and energetic wellness and how those realms overlap with eachother in the human body.
